Ordering Information
Ordering
You can place your order by phone, fax,
mail or e-mail. Include a full description of the item or items you wish. Include your UPS
shipping address (we cannot ship to a PO Box) and both a daytime and nighttime phone
number. We will contact you with payment information. We will hold the item or items
for seven (7) days if payment is to be made by mail.
Shipping
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for
shipping You will be charged for the actual cost of shipping plus a handling fee of five
dollars ($5.00).
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
check, money order, and bank drafts in US currency only. Washington residents are subject
to a 8.8% sales tax. Checks must have current address and phone number to be accepted. We
will hold shipment for fourteen (14) days waiting for a check to clear.
Foreign Sales
Foreign customers are responsible for all
duties and any other charges assessed by the United States and/or their own country.
Insurance
You will be charged the actual cost of
insurance. We will insure for the value indicated on the invoice.
Returns or Exchanges
You have seven (7) days from the day you
receive a shipment to inform us if you wish to return or exchange the item or
items. You
must first contact us with your reasons for returning or exchanging the item or
items. We
will then provide you with a return authorization number. If you return an item without a
return authorization number we will not accept the package. Shipping, handling and
insurance charges are not refunded. A copy of the sales receipt is required for all
returns. All returned items are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. We will refund your money as soon as we have inspected the item or
items. New brass, special orders and layaway items are not exchangeable or refundable.
Layaway
Only items owned by the store are available
for layaway. Layaway items are not exchangeable or refundable. We require a twenty
five percent (25%) deposit with payments of twenty five percent (25%) at thirty (30),
sixty (60) and ninety (90) days. The total amount is due in ninety (90) days. Items not
paid for within the ninety (90) days are subject to the forfeiture of the deposit. The
minimum purchase required is two hundred dollars ($200.00).
